For the improvement of the breed of local unclassified / graded, cattle animals of the rural areas, to provide natural insemination of the bulls of the native described breed on a grant basis to the animals. At the Gram Panchayat level, on the grant to the progressive cattle rearers, the breed of the country described as Gau-sanda viz. Applicable to rural areas of all districts of the plan state.

Livestock of all categories who have a minimum of 5 cows of livestock with sufficient agricultural land or who do not have agricultural land but have 20 or more animals.
