Purpose
Financial assistance to the family under the Grant-in-aid Scheme for the Disabled and Mentally Retarded Disabled People above the age of six years.
Beneficiary:
You are resident of Madhya Pradesh. Disability:1. Multiple disabilities 2.Mentally underdeveloped 3. Artisanal 4. Cerebral palsy
Benefits:
Rs 600 per month.
How To Apply
Apply in the prescribed application form in the Gram Panchayat / Janpad Panchayat in the rural area, Municipal Corporation / Municipality / City Council office in the urban area or Joint Director / Deputy Director Social Justice with the following records: –
Certificate of Disability, wherein there is evidence of being mentally challenged.
Documents regarding age certificate.
