National Child Health Program

Providing facilities related to screening and treatment to all children identified as 4D diseases (including congenital pathology, deficiencies, developmental delay and disability, childhood diseases) in the age group from birth to 18 years.

Beneficiary:

If the child is 0 to 18 years of age, the beneficiary's parents are residents of Madhya Pradesh, and the case is sanctioned from the district concerned.

Benefits:

Beneficiaries are provided free treatment as per the prescribed package in the private / government hospitals recognized by the government.
