Janani Suraksha Yojana

The objective of the scheme is to provide incentive money for promoting institutional delivery and safe delivery, proper promotion of post-vaccination and lactation of pregnant and child, for promoting healthy practices of women and infants.

Beneficiary:

All pregnant mothers who have been delivered in government institutions are to be supplied.

Benefits:

1000 for urban area and Rs. 1400 for rural area.
