Scheduled Caste / Tribe Atrocities Act-2016 Scheme

Special Courts have been enacted by the Central Government for the consideration of such offenses and for the relief and rehabilitation of the victims of such offenses for the prevention of committing atrocities on the members of SC / ST. Depending on the severity of the crime, the relief amount has been determined separately.

Beneficiary:

Relief amount for the torture of SC or ST persons by other class caste As per the criteria for relief amount according to the sections of SC / ST Act crime.

Benefits:

Relief amount is payable as per rules.
