Documents to be attached along with the application
1. Attach the native certificate.
2. Attach a certificate of disability.
3. Attach a copy of the admit card.
4. Attach a copy of the Commission’s letter of preliminary / main examination or final selection.
5. Attach a copy of the marksheet of the preliminary / main examination.
6. Attach caste certificate.

Beneficiary:

The incentive amount will be supplied to such a disabled candidate who is a native of Madhya Pradesh. To get the incentive amount, it will be mandatory to submit the application within 30 days from the date of declaration of the result.

Benefits:

20 thousand rupees only upon passing the preliminary examination. 30 thousand rupees only after passing the main examination. Only 20 thousand rupees on final selection.
