Ladli Laxmi Yojna
Ladli Laxmi Yojana has been implemented in Madhya Pradesh with effect from 01.04.2007 with the objective of positive thinking towards girl child birth, improvement in sex ratio, improvement in educational status and health status of girls and laying the foundation for their good future.

Beneficiary:
In normal cases - 1. Girls born after January 2006 will be benefited. 2. Parents of the girl child should be local residents of Madhya Pradesh. 3. Applications have to be submitted within one year of the birth of the girl child. 4. Registration is mandatory in Anganwadi center. 5. Parents who have a maximum of two children and who have adopted family planning before applying for registration. 6. Girl Child Parents are not income tax payers.
Benefits:
Under the scheme, in the name of the girl child, Rs. 6-6 thousand will be deposited in Madhya Pradesh Ladli Laxmi Yojana Fund for five consecutive years from the time of registration, That is, the total amount of Rs 30000 will be deposited in the name of the girl child. Rs. 2000 on admission of girl child in class 6, Rs. 4000 on admission in class 9th, Rs. 6000 on admission in class 11th and Rs. 6000 on admission in class 12th through e-payment Will go Final payment of Rs. 1 lakh will be paid for the girl child being 21 years of age and appearing in class 12th examination, but the condition will be that the girl is not married before the age of 18 years.
How To Apply
Can apply / register directly with the necessary documents or through an Anganwadi worker from the Project Office / Public Service Center or any Internet Cafe. (All documents will have to be tested by the Project Office for acceptance of the case. After that, the case can be approved or rejected.) After acceptance of the case, a certificate of Rs. 1,18,000 / – will be issued by the government in the name of the girl child.
